Creative Artworker

Purpose 
To ensure the seamless execution of creative assets across our brands. As Creative Artworker, your role is to bring our visual identity to life across print, digital and everything in between – always with precision, consistency and care. While your bread and butter is brand execution, you’ll also have the eye and instinct to creatively problem-solve when needed.  

Description 
Reporting to the Global Brand Manager and working closely with the wider Marketing team, this role is for someone who thrives on detail and enjoys turning creative concepts into final assets that are brand-true and execution-ready. 

From packaging to social, trade POS to web banners – you’ll be applying our brand across a broad range of media with skill, efficiency and accuracy. You’ll be a guardian of visual consistency and a safe pair of hands when it comes to getting the detail just right. 

You’ll also be encouraged to flex your creative muscles when there’s a layout challenge to solve or a campaign that needs finessing – bringing a level-headed, solutions-first mindset to every task. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • • Applying existing creative across a wide range of channels (print, digital, POS, email, social and more)
  • • Artworking packaging & print materials with a strong eye for layout, typography, consistency and accuracy 
  • • Preparing files for print and liaising with suppliers to ensure flawless delivery 
  • • Managing multiple briefs at once, ensuring deadlines are met and assets delivered to spec 
  • • Occasionally supporting on creative layout tasks or visual problem-solving when required 
  • • Maintaining and updating Figma design systems, brand asset libraries, artwork files and templates 

Skills & strengths:

  • • Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for typography 
  • • A good eye for design and layout, with the ability to creatively problem solve 
  • • Strong understanding of print and digital production processes 
  • • Confident using Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
  • • Organised, efficient and calm under pressure 
  • • Collaborative and communicative – able to take on feedback and work well with others 
  • • 4+ years in a design or artworker role, ideally in a retail, FMCG or agency environment

Social Executive

Purpose 
To engage social audiences for our brands. This role will be frontline to our global social community, including parents-to-be & parents worldwide and our retail partners. As Social Executive, you will be key to maintaining our brand positioning and fuelling brand growth.

Description 
Reporting to the Global Brand Manager and working alongside the broader marketing team, this is an opportunity for an individual who lives & breathes social and gets their kicks from creating content that sparks inspiration, engagement and conversation. 

As Social Executive for an ambitious SME, your role will be fast-paced and give you the opportunity to work across multiple channels in a fun and supportive environment. 

From speaking directly to our social community to planning & publishing content to engage with them, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life through social. 

From new product launches to knowledge sharing, there’s always something to talk about at LGS! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • • BAU management of global GSG social channels - Content planning, creation, scheduling & posting 
  • • Community monitoring & management – responding directly to our community via social media using on-brand TOV 
  • • Social listening – always having an ear to the ground monitoring conversations about our brands and broader audience / industry relevant topics 
  • • Supporting on research projects including competitor analysis & consumer survey 
  • • Assisting the wider team in achieving shared goals including product launches, baby shows and wider marketing activations 

Skills & strengths:

  • • Strong organisation skills 
  • • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • • Meticulous attention to detail 
  • • Positive energy & creative flair 
  • • Agile, ‘can-do’ attitude able to adapt from administrative to creative tasks 
  • • Collaborative and supportive nature 
  • • 2 year’s social media experience + (primarily Instagram & TikTok, secondary Facebook, Pinterest & LinkedIn) 
  • • Technical: Experience of Sprout & Figma are desirable and the ability to use the Microsoft suite (PowerPoint & Excel) with the aptitude to learn further internal systems 
  • • Knowledge: Retail brand or marketing agency experience would be advantageous
