Use our Self-Service Returns Portal
For most products, you can quickly and easily request a return through our self-service returns portal. Simply follow the instructions provided to generate your return.
Larger Mattresses
For some of our larger mattresses returns cannot be processed through the self-service portal.
Please contact our Customer Care team on returns@thelittlegreensheep.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we will arrange your return and collection.
Eligibility

You have 100 days from the day after you received your order to return an item if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. (unless the item is faulty).

Proof of purchase (such as an order number) is required for all returns.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
